Franck has experience in International Trade Disputes for the last 25 years, provided trusted counsel and creative legal solutions to clients throughout many countries in regards to corporation legal matters: advice and counseling; drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; analysis, preparation, presentation and/or defending contract claims; negotiation and resolution of contract claims and other corporation disputes; mediations; arbitrations; litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, and bid or deal protests.

Franck is experienced in breach of contract law, lawsuits, payment claims, negligence, liens, litigation, arbitrations, mediations. He is experienced with property management also in dealing with overseas business development, real estate and multifaceted corporate joint venture agreements.

Gilt Entertainment will be involved with many co-production deals and will most likely setup branches or shared co-production offices in Europe or UK to make use of different film tax credits worldwide. Having a compassionate lawyer that knows about contract law is a great asset to our organization.
